Online MBA Courses in Human Resource Management

An MBA in Human Resource Management is a specialized business master’s degree program that focuses on teaching several aspects of managing and maximizing the potential of employees within an organization. It combines modern business management techniques with properly considering human resource management systems. This program prepares students for key positions in various organizations and for carrying out activities that determine the dynamics of human capital. 

The curriculum aims to provide a broad perspective of theoretical and practical HRM concepts while incorporating core business ideas and state-of-the-art methodologies. Graduates of this program are highly capable of handling difficult human resources problems and bringing change to the organizations of which they are a part.

An online MBA in Human Resource Management course is structured to equip students with knowledge in business management and HRM business administration. Those pursuing an MBA program must be able to take 24 months of study, during which time they will earn 72 credits in total. 

The subjects of an MBA in Human Resource Management differ according to the universities or colleges.  Even so, the program generally has the same structure or format, comprising core, elective, and specialization subjects. The final semester project work is also a part of the curriculum of the online MBA course.

MBA degree in Human Resource Management can be obtained through three different modes of study:

• On-Campus MBA/Regular MBA: This program makes it mandatory for the students to be physically present in classes offered in the college. Most universities take students through different entrance exams, which include CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, etc.
• Distance MBA: This remote learning program delivers notes and/or recorded lectures to the students. This arrangement does not involve tutors and students engaging with each other.
• Online MBA: This MBA is offered entirely online. It provides live classes, recorded sessions for easy access, webinars, and other study materials that can be accessed online. Most colleges offering online MBAs in human resource management do not require students to produce marks on a national-level entrance exam for admission. However, some require a valid score.
